I work with Executives and Senior leaders in both individual coaching and team coaching. I also supervise other coaches and team coaches as well as leaders who are changing their organisational cultures through adopting a coaching approach to leadership. I have over 7 years experience as a coach supervisor and 6+ years, equating to well over 500 hours, experience as a leadership team coach.
