Founder of Synergy for Growth, Executive Coach, Leadership Team Coach, Coach Supervisor, full time mum, wife, adventurer, student of the TRM, creative and most importantly a shiny human BEING!!
My purpose is to bring support, encouragement, challenge, insights and feedback to the people and organisations that I work with to enable them to learn, grow and thrive.
My belief is that if we slow down, to be present, to notice and acknowledge what’s holding us where we are, to connect to ourselves and those around us more fully, that we in turn become more creative, energised and inspired and when we allow all of these things we, our teams and our organisations will thrive.
It from my why and my belief that Synergy for Growth was born.
